An order is not confirmed until HALAL ICHIBA confirms acceptance. Your payment must be received and processed before your order is accepted. Please carefully review your order before confirming. Once an order is accepted, HALAL ICHIBA may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests. If we do not accept your order, change its contents, or cancel it, we will endeavor to notify you by contacting the email address, billing address, and/or phone number provided at the time the order was placed.

Returns or exchanges of your purchases will only be handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

You represent and warrant that any products purchased are for your personal use in your home or for your own use, and not for commercial resale or export.
