We've gathered high-quality organic ingredients that meet organic standards from around the world, including organic-leading countries in Europe and the United States, and blended the characteristics of each ingredient to create a sauce that is suitable for vegans and certified organic under Japanese Agricultural Standards (JAS). The natural umami of vegetables and fruits, the umami and richness of organic brown sugar, the delicate acidity of organic vinegar and the aroma of organic soy sauce, and every single grain of organic spices all play a role, resulting in an aromatic sauce with a harmonious balance of sweetness, acidity, and saltiness. In 1997, we launched Japan's first organic sauce, and now, 24 years later, we are releasing a new sauce for the vegan market!
