Description

This sauce is made from specially cultivated Nagano Prefecture apples and vegetables grown using organic and other natural farming methods, forming its base. It also contains safe ingredients carefully selected for appropriate cultivation and natural farming/production methods as much as possible, such as brown sugar, Kikaijima raw sugar, organic fruit and grain vinegar, sun-dried salt, re-fermented soy sauce made from Japanese whole soybeans, and domestic wheat starch. We've added our unique blend of spices to the natural thickness and sweetness of the simmered vegetables and fruits, creating an aromatic and high-quality flavor. In addition to being free of food additives, it offers a gentle, body-friendly taste with a mild saltiness and acidity. This rich sauce is a perfect match for any fried food, such as croquettes and minced cutlets. It is a long-selling product, 30 years since the launch of Japan's first premium sauce.
