Description

This product consists of dried yuba with a rich soybean flavor, cut into thin strips. It's convenient because it doesn't require rehydration; it softens in about 1 minute when added to hot soup. It can be used as a topping or accent in various dishes, much like shredded nori.

Main uses: Topping for soup (osuimono), miso soup, udon, and donburi.
