Description

This is decorative yuba for clear soups. Each piece is carefully rolled by artisans and stamped with the "Kotobuki" (congratulations/longevity) character. When hot broth is poured over it, it softens in about 1 minute and can be used in celebratory clear soups, miso soups, or chawanmushi.

Main uses: Clear soup / Miso soup / Steamed egg custard
