Description

This is decorative yuba for soup. Each piece is carefully rolled by hand by artisans and branded with a maple leaf. When hot broth is poured over it, it softens in about 1 minute and can be used in clear soups, miso soup, or chawanmushi.

Main uses: Soups (clear and miso), steamed egg custard
