Description

This product consists of yuba (tofu skin) tied with konbu (kelp), meticulously handcrafted by skilled artisans. When hot broth is poured over it, it softens in about one minute and can be used in clear soups or miso soup. It does not require rehydration and is characterized by its fine texture and excellent rehydration properties.
