Description

"Muryoju" is a pure black sesame oil extracted from carefully selected black sesame seeds. Characterized by its deep richness and rich aroma, it is not only used in cooking but also enjoyed as a beverage due to its clean aftertaste. It can be used in a wide range of dishes, such as salads, Japanese-style seasoned dishes (ae-mono), stir-fries, and dressings.

This product has obtained halal certification from the Japan Halal Foundation (JHF), from Iwai Sesame Oil Co., Ltd., which has been preserving its traditional pressing method since its establishment in Ansei 4 (1857).

Main uses: For drinking, salads, dressed dishes, stir-fries, dressings, and as a health food
