Description

We've extracted the umami and spiciness from chili peppers by adding them to aromatic, pure sesame oil and simmering them slowly. We use no artificial coloring or spicy additives. The exquisite harmony of rich sesame flavor and distinct spiciness is a testament to our artisans' dedication. It's an indispensable ingredient for gyoza dipping sauce and dan dan noodles, and can also be widely used in dishes like pasta and pizza.

This product has obtained Halal certification from the Japan Halal Foundation (JHF), from Iwai no Goma Abura Co., Ltd., which has maintained its traditional pressing method since its founding in Ansei 4 (1857).

Main uses: Dumpling sauce, tantanmen, Chinese cuisine, pasta, pizza flavor changes
