We extract oil from rice bran and rice germ, which are byproducts of polishing brown rice. It contains a balanced array of bioactive components, including unique rice-derived nutrients such as vitamin E, oleic acid, and linoleic acid (n-6 fatty acid). It can be used widely for cooking. JAS refined rice oil standard. Our "salad grade" product has cleared the "0°C, 5.5 hours clarification" standard set by JAS. We recommend its use in salads (for dressings).
