Description

This "Shiitake Tea" is an addictive beverage with the rich umami of shiitake mushrooms, blended with dietary fiber (polydextrose) and dried shiitake fragments. One stick (3g) makes one cup. It's a granular type that dissolves quickly when you pour hot water over it. It can also be used as a dashi broth for clear soups, chawanmushi (savory egg custard), and Japanese-style pasta. This is an economical pack of 50 sticks.
