Description

This is "Shiitake Tea," a shiitake-flavored tea with a rich umami taste that will have you hooked, made with dietary fiber (polydextrose) and crushed dried shiitake mushrooms. One stick (3g) makes one cup. It's a granular type that dissolves quickly when you pour hot water over it. It can also be used as a dashi stock for clear soups, chawanmushi (savory egg custard), and Japanese-style pasta. This is a value pack of 50 sticks.
