Description

Made from 100% Satsuma-produced "Hadaka-bushi" (skipjack tuna fillet without skin and dark meat), this product is finished using a far-infrared roasting method that preserves its umami. It is then made into thick shavings, and the rich flavor and aroma of freshly shaved bonito are instantly packaged. Please use it for soups and broths, such as mentsuyu, where a rich bonito flavor is desired.

Main uses: Dashi, soups, stews, miso soup, etc.
