Description

Made from 100% Satsuma-produced "Hadakabushi" (skipjack tuna fillets without skin or dark meat), this product is prepared using a far-infrared roasting method to lock in the umami. It is then shaved into thick flakes, and the rich flavor and aroma of the freshly shaved bonito flakes are instantly packaged. Please use it for dashi where you desire a rich bonito flavor, such as in noodle soup bases.

Main uses: Dashi, soups, simmered dishes, miso soup, etc.
