Fresh gelato made from freshly squeezed raw milk delivered directly from the farm, with a thorough pursuit of deliciousness.
Yokohama is the birthplace of modern dairy farming, and ice cream also originated in Yokohama. Yokohama Ice Kobo, established with "Ono Farm" as its parent company, manufactures products using fresh, safe, secure, and high-quality ingredients. Their directly managed stores sell Italian gelato-style ice cream, soft-serve ice cream (for eating in), and cup ice cream for takeout.


Gelato and ice cream, made immediately after pasteurizing freshly squeezed raw milk delivered daily from the farm in a dedicated factory using an Italian Carpigiani machine, boast a refreshing taste and rich flavor that brings out the milk's aroma and umami.


In the ice cream-dedicated factory equipped with the latest facilities, products are manufactured hygienically according to certified HACCP procedures.


Furthermore, FSSC22000 certification was acquired in 2021.
