Description

Fresh gelato made from freshly squeezed raw milk delivered directly from the farm, with a thorough pursuit of deliciousness.
Yokohama is the birthplace of modern dairy farming, and ice cream also originated in Yokohama. Yokohamama Ice Kobo, established with Ono Farm as its parent company, manufactures products using fresh, safe, secure, and high-quality ingredients. Their directly managed stores sell Italian gelato-style ice cream, soft serve ice cream (eat-in), and take-home cup ice cream.

Gelato and ice cream, made immediately after low-temperature pasteurization of freshly squeezed raw milk delivered from the farm every morning in a dedicated factory using an Italian Carpigiani machine, boast a refreshing taste and rich flavor that bring out the milk's aroma and umami.

In a dedicated ice cream factory equipped with the latest facilities, products are manufactured hygienically based on certified HACCP procedures.

Furthermore, FSSC22000 certification was obtained in 2021.
