This Yuzu Kosho is made with green chili peppers, harvested before ripening, blended with a small amount of salt and yuzu peel. It boasts a strong yuzu aroma and a potent chili pepper kick. This exquisite product is crafted using carefully selected ingredients from Oita Prefecture. It can be used with sashimi, hot pot dishes, or as a seasoning. It is an additive-free product, containing no artificial additives.
