This product uses a generous amount of bonito flakes. It is perfect for soba, udon, somen, hot pot soup, and more. For dipping sauce, dilute 1 part product with 2 parts water. For soup, dilute 1 part product with 3 parts hot water.
Main uses: Noodle dishes such as soba, udon, hiyamugi, and somen; stews; and tempura dipping sauce, etc.
