Description
This product combines aromatic yuzu juice with honjozo soy sauce. It can be used in a variety of dishes, including shabu-shabu, of course, as well as yudofu (boiled tofu), hiyayakko (chilled tofu), grilled fish, and salads.
Main uses: Hot pot dishes such as Mizutaki and Yudofu, salads, grilled fish, gyoza dipping sauce, and chilled tofu.
