We extract oil from rice bran and rice germ generated during the milling of brown rice. This oil is rich in unique rice-derived nutrients such as Vitamin E, oleic acid, and linoleic acid (an n-6 fatty acid), along with other physiologically active components, all in a balanced proportion. It can be widely used for cooking. This product meets the JAS Rice Salad Oil standard. "Salad grade" indicates that the product has passed the JAS standard of "clear at 0°C for 5.5 hours."
We recommend its use in salads (for dressings). This large-capacity bottle with a handle is currently popular and widely used in both homes and restaurants.
