Description
This honjozo soy sauce is a certified product, following "Inishie," and is an authentic soy sauce carefully aged for two years.
It is a soy sauce specifically for dipping and pouring. It is delicious when used with sashimi, chilled tofu, etc.
Naturally, it is made only with soybeans, wheat, and salt, with no additives whatsoever.
Main uses: Stewed, stir-fried, grilled, dressed, and sashimi dishes—all types of Japanese cuisine
