This dashi soy sauce is based on "Hasamezu" with added bonito and kelp dashi.
By refining the recipe, it's a versatile product that can be used in many ways, including as a noodle soup base.
It has a lower salt content and a smooth mouthfeel.
After opening, please be sure to store it in the refrigerator.
Main uses: Noodle dishes such as soba, udon, and somen, as well as nimono (simmered dishes) and tempura dipping sauce
