This is a granulated dashi stock made with a base of bonito flakes, balanced with kelp, shiitake mushrooms, and various seasonings. It comes in two 500g bags, making it suitable for commercial use. Approximately one lightly heaped teaspoon makes enough dashi for about four bowls of miso soup. *As a guide for home use, one box of this product can make approximately three months' worth of miso soup for four people (assuming three meals a day).
