Description

This is a granular dashi stock based on dried sardines, with a balanced blend of various seasonings, kelp, and shiitake mushrooms. It comes in two 500g bags, making it suitable for commercial use. Approximately 4 servings of miso soup can be made with one lightly heaped teaspoon of this dashi. *As a household guide, one box of this product can provide approximately 3 months' worth of miso soup for 4 people (based on 3 meals a day).
