Fresh gelato made from freshly squeezed raw milk delivered directly from the farm, pursuing deliciousness to the fullest.
Yokohama is the birthplace of modern dairy farming, and ice cream also originated in Yokohama. Yokohama Ice Kobo, established with "Ono Farm" as its parent company, manufactures products using fresh, safe, secure, and high-quality ingredients, and its directly managed stores sell Italian gelato-type ice cream, soft serve ice cream (for eating in), and take-home cup ice cream.

Gelato and ice cream, made immediately after pasteurizing freshly squeezed raw milk delivered from the farm every morning at a dedicated factory using an Italian Carpigiani machine, boast a refreshing taste and richness that brings out the flavor and umami of the milk.

At the ice cream factory equipped with the latest facilities, products are manufactured hygienically based on certified HACCP procedures.

Furthermore, in 2021, FSSC22000 was acquired.
