Fresh gelato made from farm-fresh raw milk, thoroughly pursuing deliciousness.
Yokohama is the birthplace of modern dairy farming, and ice cream was also born in Yokohama. Yokoham Ice Kobo, established by Ono Farm, manufactures products using fresh, safe, secure, and high-quality ingredients, and its directly managed stores sell Italian gelato-style ice cream, soft serve ice cream (for eat-in), and take-home cup ice cream.

Gelato and ice cream, made immediately after pasteurizing fresh raw milk delivered every morning from the farm in a dedicated factory using Italian Carpigiani machines, boast a refreshing taste and rich flavor that bring out the milk's aroma and deliciousness.

In our ice cream factory, equipped with the latest facilities, products are manufactured hygienically based on certified HACCP procedures.

Furthermore, we obtained FSSC22000 certification in 2021.
