Fresh gelato made from freshly squeezed milk delivered directly from the farm, with a thorough pursuit of deliciousness.
Yokohama is the birthplace of modern dairy farming, and ice cream was also born in Yokohama. Yokohama Ice Kobo, established with Ono Farm as its parent company, manufactures fresh, safe, secure, and high-quality products. At its directly managed stores, it sells Italian gelato-type ice cream, soft-serve ice cream (for eat-in), and take-out cup ice cream.

The gelato and ice cream are made using freshly squeezed raw milk delivered every morning from the farm, pasteurized at low temperatures in a dedicated factory using Italian Carpigiani machines, and then immediately finished. They boast a refreshing taste and richness that brings out the flavor and umami of the milk.

At our dedicated ice cream factory, equipped with the latest facilities, ice cream is manufactured hygienically according to certified HACCP procedures.

Furthermore, we acquired FSSC22000 in 2021.
