Fresh gelato made from freshly squeezed raw milk delivered directly from the farm, with a thorough pursuit of deliciousness.
Yokohama is the birthplace of modern dairy farming, and ice cream also originated in Yokohama. Yokohama Ice Kobo, established with "Ono Farm" as its parent company, manufactures products using fresh, safe, secure, and high-quality ingredients. Its directly managed stores sell Italian gelato-type ice cream, soft serve ice cream (for eat-in), and take-home cup ice cream.

The gelato and ice cream are made immediately after low-temperature pasteurization in a dedicated factory using an Italian Carpigiani machine, using freshly squeezed raw milk delivered every morning from the farm. They boast a refreshing taste and rich flavor that brings out the milk's aroma and deliciousness.

At our ice cream factory, equipped with the latest facilities, products are manufactured hygienically based on certified HACCP procedures.

Furthermore, we acquired FSSC22000 in 2021.
