Fresh gelato made from freshly squeezed raw milk delivered directly from the farm, with a thorough pursuit of deliciousness.
Yokohama is the birthplace of modern dairy farming, and ice cream was also born in Yokohama. Yokohama Ice Kobo, established with Ono Farm as its parent company, manufactures products using fresh, safe, secure, and high-quality ingredients. Their directly managed stores sell Italian gelato-style ice cream, soft-serve ice cream (for eating in), and cup ice cream for takeout.


The gelato and ice cream are made immediately after pasteurizing freshly squeezed raw milk, delivered from the farm every morning, in a dedicated factory using Italian Carpigiani machines. They boast a refreshing taste and richness that brings out the flavor and umami of the milk.


In a dedicated ice cream factory equipped with the latest facilities, products are manufactured hygienically based on certified HACCP procedures.


Furthermore, we obtained FSSC22000 certification in 2021.
