Fresh gelato made from freshly squeezed raw milk delivered directly from the farm, with a thorough pursuit of deliciousness.
Yokohama is the birthplace of modern dairy farming, and ice cream was also born in Yokohama. Yokohama Ice Kobo, established with Ono Farm as its parent company, manufactures products using fresh, safe, secure, and high-quality ingredients, and sells Italian gelato-type ice cream, soft serve ice cream (eat-in), and take-home cup ice cream at its directly managed stores.

The gelato and ice cream, made immediately after pasteurizing freshly squeezed raw milk delivered every morning from the farm in a dedicated factory using an Italian Carpigiani machine, boast a refreshing taste and richness that brings out the flavor and umami of the milk.

In the ice cream factory, equipped with the latest facilities, products are manufactured hygienically according to certified HACCP procedures.

Furthermore, FSSC22000 was acquired in 2021.
