Fresh gelato made from freshly squeezed raw milk delivered directly from the farm, with a thorough pursuit of deliciousness.
Yokohama is the birthplace of modern dairy farming, and ice cream was also born in Yokohama. Yokohama Ice Kobo, established with Ono Farm as its parent company, manufactures products using fresh, safe, secure, and high-quality ingredients. Their directly managed stores sell Italian gelato-style ice cream, soft serve ice cream (eat-in), and take-out cup ice cream.

The gelato and ice cream are made immediately after pasteurizing the freshly squeezed raw milk, which arrives every morning from the farm, in a dedicated factory using Italian Carpigiani machines. They boast a refreshing taste and richness that brings out the flavor and umami of the milk.

In the ice cream factory, equipped with the latest facilities, ice cream is produced hygienically according to certified HACCP procedures.

Furthermore, we obtained FSSC22000 in 2021.
