This is a granulated dashi stock made with a kelp base, various seasonings, and a balanced blend of bonito flakes. This economical 500g x 2-bag type can be used for both commercial and home use. Approximately 1 lightly heaped teaspoon of dashi is enough for about 4 servings of miso soup. *As a home use guideline, one box of this product provides enough dashi for approximately 3 months of miso soup for 4 people (assuming 3 meals a day). It can be used in various dishes such as clear soups, Yudofu, stews, Oden, and as a seasoning salt for tempura.
