Description

This is a granular dashi stock based on kombu, with a balanced blend of various seasonings and bonito flakes. This economical 500g x 2 pack is suitable for both commercial and home use. A lightly heaped teaspoon of dashi is enough for about 4 servings of miso soup. *As a household guide, one box of this product can make about 3 months' worth of miso soup for 4 people (based on 3 meals a day). It can be used in various dishes such as clear soups, Yudofu, stews, Oden, and as a seasoning for tempura.
